Organic white beans, with a moderate, mild taste, from the German organic products producer Davert.

White beans can be used creatively in various dishes, as a meal, as a side dish, or in salads, for extra taste and quality.

Beans are known to be rich in antioxidants, fiber, and protein.

For a side dish for 2 people, soak 100 g of beans in plenty of water for about 12 hours and cook in fresh water for about 60 minutes.

Add salt only at the end of the cooking time, and you have a tasty and nutritious bean side dish.
