Silform buns, Dimensions: 60x40 cm, 12 impressions, diameter: 98 mm, depth 17 mm, volume: 120 ml.
Raw dough: 100 g, baked dough: 94 g SILFORM, baking molds that can be used for freezing, fermentation and baking.
Silform molds, made of aerated silicone, are perfectly adaptable for preparing buns, hot-dog buns, small breads, eclairs or choux a la creme.
Silform molds allow uniform circulation of hot air, thus ensuring perfect baking of pastries.
It is ed to use Silform molds with perforated aluminum trays.
They can be used from -40° C to +280° C.
