The Detoolz DZ-C 299 concrete vibrator is a reliable and efficient tool designed for compacting concrete by eliminating air during the pouring of ceilings, floors, foundations, and foundation walls.
It is ideal for renovation work at home and for use on small construction sites.
Proper compaction of concrete is essential for achieving increased strength and durability.
The most effective method is to vibrate the concrete using an immersible vibrator.
The concrete is poured in successive layers of up to 450 mm, with each layer being fully vibrated before applying the next.
By vibrating, air bubbles are eliminated, preventing voids in the structure.
For optimal bonding between layers, the vibrator head should be inserted approximately 100 mm into the previous layer before it hardens.
The Detoolz DZ-C 299 model can be equipped with an immersible lance with a diameter of up to 38 mm and a length of up to 3 m, providing flexibility depending on the type of work.
