Product description

Special knife for boning ribs.

It features a handle and a fixed blade holder, with the handle perpendicular to the holder.

The blade width is 14 mm, recommended for boning meat from the bone for medium-weight sheep.

For heavier weights and beef (thicker/wider ribs), blades of 16, 18, or 20 mm are required, which can be ordered separately in sets of 5. This allows for complete cleaning of the bone from meat in a quicker time and with less effort.

Ideal for butchers.
