In 1900, the zeppelin made its maiden test flight under the leadership of aviation pioneer earl von zeppelin. Following this event, the design of the new aero pens appears in the market. The aero is crafted from anodized aluminum, featuring a thin layer of aluminum oxide that highlights its metallic nature and offers high resistance to light and uv rays. the clamp is perfectly matched to the pen's shape.
The aero volute limited collection boasts a unique design, achieved through a process known as hydroforming (dip molding). this technique allows for graphic application directly onto the pen body, resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind and striking writing instrument.
The black and white rotary model is achieved by floating the matrices on the surface of a solution, then immersing the body inside, thereby transferring the ink to the body.
The pen is then finished with a layer of protection, chosen for its durability, clarity and long-lasting qualities.
