Composition: Konjac (amorphophalli konjak), rhizome, extract containing 90% glucomannan: 500 mg
Crusin (rhamnus frangula), bark, dry hydroethanolic extract 4-7:1 (maltodextrin, silicon dioxide), min. 15% glucophrangulin: 10 mg.
Take 2 capsules before breakfast, 4 capsules before lunch, and two capsules before dinner, on an empty stomach (if dinner is the main meal, take 4 capsules in the evening and 2 at lunch). T4 glucomannan helps maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels* and supports weight loss**.
