Product Q&As
Hello! In my previous inquiry to you—asking how many centimeters the waist of size 38 pants measures when laid flat—you replied that the waist for size 38 is 72.5 cm! But I just received a pair of size 38 pants with a waist of 80 cm—and when measured flat on one side, it’s 40 cm! Is it really that hard to measure the pants and give the customer the correct size?!?! Given that the size 38 pants have a waist of 80 cm, you wrote to me that the waist is 72.5 cm—how could you give me such incorrect information about the waist size of these pants!!!!😡
Answer from OutletMAG
Hello! We apologize for the misunderstanding: the 72.5 cm measurement in the table refers to the body measurement (the wearer’s waist) for size 38, not the flat measurement of the product, and the waist measurement for the pants is not available in our records. A colleague will review your situation and get back to you as soon as possible.
