Product description

The device is intended for cutting ceramic tiles such as floor tiles or wall tiles.

The device is designed for moderate use.

Wear protective equipment appropriate for the work being performed, including overalls, goggles and protective gloves.

CAUTION! After cutting, ceramic tiles may have very sharp edges.

DESCRIPTION: The base plate and bearings are made of solid aluminum.

The guide bars are made of chrome-plated steel pipes (tubes).

It has a large carbide cutting disc with a diameter of 22 mm.

It achieves a precise cut, guaranteed even for the hardest tiles.

The cutting mechanism is fixed on 4 guides for maximum precision.

USE: Before starting work, check the condition of the device and its proper functioning.

Place the device on a solid, clean and stable surface.

Fit the ceramic tile well, check that the roller is exactly where you want to cut it.

Start the cut from the edge, pressing and pushing the operating handle towards the other end of the cut.

It performs cutting and splitting in the same operation.

After making a continuous cut, firmly secure the ceramic tile, align it with the cut in line with the roller and break it by pressing the special spur with the handle.

To replace the cutting roller, use a mandrel and a hammer.

Carefully tap the roller shaft until it is free.

Reassemble in the reverse order of removal.

Keep the device clean and in places free from excessive humidity.
