Recommendations:-internal use: slow digestion, indigestion, flatulence (excessive accumulation of gas in the intestines), , colic and gastrointestinal spasms, biliary dyskinesia (improper functioning of the gallbladder), nausea.
-external use: urticaria.
Contraindications: none known at the recommended doses.
Side effects and interactions: none known at the recommended doses.
Preparation:-internal use: brew an infusion from 2 bags in 250 ml of boiling water
cover and let steep 5 - 10 minutes.
-external use: concentrated infusion from 20-25 bags in 1 liter of boiling water
cover and let steep 5 - 10 minutes.
Usage:-internal use: drink 2-3 cups of tea per day.
-external use: local compresses or baths.
For baths, add 30 ml of infusion for each liter of bath water
the bath should last 15-20 minutes.
Storage conditions: keep in a dry place at room temperature.
