    Thanks for your question , first of all this supplemnts is Fier 40 mg (microincapsulated) /10 ml plus folic acid plus vitamin B12 (liposomal form) , means use for : -normal formulation of red blood cells and heamoglobin and normal oxygen transport in boday -reduction of tierdness and fatigue the taste of this product is so pleasant inspite of high content of Fier (40 mg) and the bioavailability is high . hope that my answer is sufficient , please do not hisitate to ask us for any details , thanks
