__t1__ is a detachable threaded connection, it consists of two threaded parts and a clamping ring/nut, and there is a sealing gasket between the two halves.the main role of this type of fastener is to allow two pipe parts or a pipe to be connected with a piece of equipment (faucet, pump, meter), so that the assembly can be disassembled later without cutting the installation by simply unscrewing the dutch nut.
