Product description
__t1__ is a 1" (1 inch) threaded, filter-equipped (strainer) check valve designed to be installed at the end of a water pump's suction pipe/hose. it's commonly used for wells, fountains, or pools. its dual function is to retain water in the suction line when the pump is off (preventing the pump from cavitation) and to filter out coarse debris, preventing pump clogging or damage. Net: 1"
(1 inch), internal thread, for mounting on suction pipe/fitting.
Body: Brass with an internal spring loaded cap (valve).
Filter: Metal crepe/sit at the bottom against the entry of impurities.
Function: One-way valve (keeps water in, prevents the suction column from emptying).
Recommended for installation at the base of the suction column of surface pumps, in wells, cisterns, or pools, ensuring the pump starts quickly every time.
