Product description
The __t1__ is a 3/4" threaded backflow preventer with a strainer (also known as a check valve) that mounts to the end of a pump's suction pipe/hose. it's ideal for wells, fountains, or pools. its dual function is to hold water in the suction line when the pump is off (preventing the pump from running dry) and to filter out coarse debris, preventing pump clogging or damage. Net: 3/4"

Body: Brass with an internal spring loaded cap (valve).
Filter: A metal crepe/sit at the bottom against the entry of the impurities.
Function: One-way valve (keeps water in, prevents the suction column from emptying).
Recommended for installation at the base of the suction column of surface pumps, in wells, boreholes, or pools, ensuring rapid pump priming with every start.
