What the warranty covers: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Problems related to seams (seams that have come apart or are not watertight) that were not caused by the user. Structural or waterproofing defects that occur under normal conditions of use in accordance with the instructions. What the warranty does not cover: Impact with rocks, branches, docks, or other hard objects/materials. Normal wear and tear of the product (superficial scratches, discoloration from sun exposure). Improper or abusive use (exceeding the weight limit, leaving the inflated mat directly in strong sunlight at extreme temperatures, leading to overpressure). Improper storage or maintenance (storing in damp conditions that cause mold, exposure to chemicals).
