If you are a fan of the gombols or tascutes that your grandmother used to cook and now you want to make them too, then this tascute mold is exactly what you need.
Whether you like them with jam, magiun, or cheese, you just have to knead a dough then stretch it with a wooden rolling pin, then cut out round shapes from it that you put in the tascute mold, fill them with whatever you like and boil them in a saucepan with boiling water.
