Instructions for Use/Warnings

1. Match brows to the closest shade of the BROW TINT. 2. Start by using the pen at the arch of the brow to build color and extend out towards the tail. 3. Then fill in any spaces between the brow hairs. 4. Finish by tinting the brow hairs with the tinted gel and the tiny spoolie.
