It is low in saturated fats and contains approximately: 55.0-70.0% oleic acid (Omega-9), 22.0-35.0% linoleic acid (Omega-6), and less than 1% alpha-linolenic acid (Omega-3).

Main components: palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, arachidic acid, eicosenoic acid.
