An average volume is much less tiring and puts your hearing at risk.

a few minutes of breaks between sets makes a difference at the end of the day. You don't need maximum audio output for speech or podcasts, but you do need a stable placement.

if you feel pressure, just move the helmet a little or change the nozzle.

after an hour, the discomfort is not normal and almost always comes from fit.

a2dp is the profile that a2dp sends stereo audio, not just the thin talk audio of the phone.

so the music is in two channels and not like a landline phone.

any phone in recent years so you don't have to activate anything special.

on calls, the phone switches to another profile and the sound quality deteriorates.

it's not a flaw of these headphones, but the way bluetooth works.

when the call ends, the music returns to the usual sound.

what to check first time use, fully charge it before first use, and then only pair them to phone.

check buttons: start, volume, answer call.

make a short call to someone close by and ask them how they hear you, simplest test.

if the phone does not see them in the list, stop bluetooth and keep the headphones close.

delete old pairs of the phone because the long list confuses the connection.

when i still don't go, try them on another phone before you draw a conclusion.
