The Icel i-Tech threading knife boasts a 16 cm blade made of high-quality stainless steel, defined by the composition of chromium, molybdenum and vanadium (X50CrMoV15) which ensures a hardness of approximately 56HRC (+/-2), the high carbon content of the blade's stainless steel, as well as the sharpening angle providing excellent cutting power.
The product's precision is also given by the ergonomic handle made of polyoxymethylene, a hard material with stability and resistance to high temperatures.
