illy iperespresso Medium Roast 18 capsules reviews
Product details
Product description
The illy iperespresso capsules contain approximately 7 grams of 100% Arabica coffee, perfectly roasted, ground, and pressed.
These capsules are in lungo variant, a long espresso prepared from beans roasted at medium parameters, to be enjoyed in larger cups.
The core element of the Iperespresso method is the patented iperChamber™ capsule, which allows the extraction of illy coffee in two stages.
In the first stage, hyper-infusion, hot water under very high pressure combines with the coffee under optimal conditions to allow the extraction of precious flavors and aromas, creating a rich and complex taste.
In the second stage, emulsification, the coffee is forced to pass through the patented e-valve™ filter located at the bottom of the capsule, mixing the aromatic oils with air to obtain an espresso with a unique body/texture and a dense, resilient layer of velvety crema.
The price is displayed for a box of 18 capsules.
