The IME-DC blood glucose meter uses biosensor technology.
The blood glucose value is determined amperometrically by the IME-DC blood glucose meter, which means that the flow of electrons between a measuring electrode and a control electrode is measured.
The measuring range of the device is between 1.1 and 3.3 mmol/L or 20 to 600 mg/dl.
