KB-ELEMENTS Professional Cleaning Vacuum KB ELEMENTS Injection-Extraction, 5 Accessories, 750W

Hello! 👋 To use the KB ELEMENTS wet/dry vacuum cleaner correctly, please follow the steps below: 1️⃣ Fill the clean water tank with water and, if necessary, add a small amount of detergent compatible with injection-extraction machines. 2️⃣ Attach the appropriate accessory for the surface you want to clean: sofa, mattress, rug, carpet, car upholstery, etc. 3️⃣ Turn on the spray function and apply the water solution to the surface to be cleaned. 4️⃣ Slowly move the attachment over the dampened area. The machine will suck up the water along with the dirt and collect it in the dirty water tank. 5️⃣ For tougher stains, spray the solution, let it sit for a few minutes, then vacuum the area with slow, repeated passes. ⚠️ Important: Do not oversaturate the surface, and use only cleaning solutions compatible with wet vacuums and low-foaming formulas. After each use, empty and rinse the dirty water tank and clean the accessories used. For best results, we recommend making several final passes with the vacuum—without spraying—to extract as much water as possible from the fabric.

Hello! This model is not intended for dry vacuuming of dust, crumbs, or other debris, like a traditional vacuum cleaner. The unit is designed for wet cleaning and vacuuming using the injection-extraction system. Sincerely, The XZERO Team

Hello! Yes, the vacuum cleaner can be used to remove water from tile floors, including after mopping, since it is designed to pick up liquids. We recommend that you do not exceed the maximum capacity of the dirty water tank and that you empty it when it reaches the indicated maximum level. It is also very important that the foam level in the tank does not exceed the indicated maximum level. Sincerely, The XZERO Team
