Instructions for Use/Warnings: Make sure that the area to be applied is clean and dry. Apply the EYELINER as close as possible to the root of the eyelashes. Start by drawing a thick line from the outer corner of the eye and thin the line towards the inner corner of the eye. Always draw the eyeliner along the entire eye line. Never interrupt the line. This will make your eyes look smaller. Keep out of the reach of children.
