High quality thanks to Kodak 4Pass technology By using dye sublimation to print fade-resistant prints, Kodak continues to bridge the gap between instant photography and digital creativity, and this time it has offered customers a premium compact printer capable of printing 3x3" images.
The dye-sublimation technology that allows Kodak to expand its range of compact and easy-to-use portable printers allows you to get beautiful photos in high resolution and very good quality.
Kodak 4 Pass is a dye diffusion thermal transfer technology (D2T2), thanks to which the photos are characterized by excellent quality and high color reproduction: 256 gradations / color (16.7 million colors).
The printer applies each color layer separately (yellow, magenta, cyan).
Finally, the photo is secured with a layer of lamination.
The clear coat provides crystal clear color and protects photos against dirt, dust, water, fingerprints, and fading.
The higher the image resolution, the better the print quality.
