For treatments requiring controlled penetration into deeper layers of the skin, the penetration depth is typically 0.5–0.8 mm, and can extend to 1–1.3 mm depending on the treatment indication. the distance between points is 10–20 mm, with 0.2–0.5 ml of active ingredient applied per point. this application should only be performed using a specialized mesotherapy device.
