Product description
Acacia honey contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, enzymes, flavones, flavonoids, aromatic compounds, phytohormones, organic acids (lactic, oxalic, citric, malic), dextrin, nitrogen compounds.
It has a higher fructose content than other types of honey (41.7%) and contains 10% sucrose and maltose and 34.7% glucose, with a pH of 4. In total, acacia honey contains 435 substances and is very easily assimilated by the body.
Benefits: The main quality of acacia honey is that of soothing coughs, it is antiseptic and is used in the treatment of asthenia and neuroses.
Acacia honey is an excellent tonic for children, convalescents, for strengthening the immune system and for pregnant women.
Administration: 2-3 teaspoons per day will be consumed, as such or added to fruit, milk, coffee.
Do not add to hot drinks.
