During this massage process, the product (L-Carnitine Firming Cream) should be consumed approximately 1/4 of the product. Individual use: Apply to the waist and calves in the evening before going to bed. Cautions / Warnings: For external use. When applying to your skin, take care not to get on the areas with wounds and skin cracks.
