Product details

Product description

Description: the electronic booster pump, equipped with pressure control, maintains a constant water pressure in a network of pipes, supplying water to a building, a farm, or for irrigation purposes. An electronic pump controller and pressure control system completely replace the traditional pump control system, which consists of an expansion tank, pressure gauge, pressure switch, valve, etc.

, protecting the pump in case of a water shortage. The pressure control automatically starts and stops the pump when a valve in the system it is installed in is opened or closed. This does not regulate the pressure in the circuit

the outlet pressure is the same as the pump pressure.

Advantages of an electronic booster pump: – takes up little space because it does not require an expansion tank or other accessories – provides quick and safe water extraction – has a long service life – requires no special maintenance – has a low purchase price. the pressure switch is designed to automate the starting and stopping of the electric pump, depending on the decrease in pressure (when the tap is opened) or the decrease in flow rate below a certain threshold (when the tap is closed). The pressure control shuts off the pump when there is no water, preventing it from running dry, which would damage the pump. During installation, the pressure control activates the pump for 15 seconds after it is connected to the power grid. The pump starts again only when the pressure in the pipes drops to the set operating value when a valve is opened. In traditional water systems equipped with a pressure switch and an expansion tank, the pump stops when a certain pressure level is reached. The pressure control is designed to stop the pump when the flow rate drops to minimum levels. Once this point is reached, the pressure control delays the actual pump shutdown by 7 to 15 seconds

this function is designed to reduce the number of pump start-up operations in conditions of minimum flow rate. The pressure control does not regulate the pressure in the circuit

the outlet pressure is the same as the pump pressure. The starting pressure (the pressure at which the pressure control switches on the pump) is factory-set at 1.5 bar, and it can be adjusted using the adjustment screw. The pump’s shut-off pressure cannot be adjusted using the pressure control (the pump will only shut off 7-9 seconds after the tap is closed at the consumer’s location). The pump’s shut-off pressure can only be adjusted by installing a pressure reducer between the pump and the pressure control, which allows the pressure generated by the pump to be reduced. - electric induction motor with 2 poles and a maximum speed of 2850 rpm - cast iron pump housing - cast iron motor mount - bronze rotor - stainless steel shaft - carbon/ceramic bearings. pump: - power: 370w - voltage: 220v/50hz - maximum flow rate.

: 35-40 l/min - rebound height: 20 m max. - maximum depth: 8m - inlet/outlet diameter: 1/1 inch.

automatic pressure control: - voltage: 220v - frequency: 50-60hz - maximum power: 1.1kw - stops the pump when the flow rate is below 50 l/h - max.

flow rate: 10 m3/h - min.

pump pressure: 2 bar - max.

pump pressure: 10 bar
