Charge the earbuds before first use. During charging the indicator light will turn on and then off; this is normal. After about three hours of charging a beep will sound to indicate completion. Pairing steps: 1) Enable Bluetooth on your device; 2) Open the charging case to allow the earbuds to connect automatically; 3) Remove the earbuds, place them in your ears, adjust for comfort and you will hear a beep.
