The module is used for writing and reading data from tags and cards with a communication frequency of 13.56 MHz (S50, S70, UltraLight, Pro, and Desfire).
The module uses the integrated circuit RC522. Using the module in the Arduino programming environment is relatively easy, with libraries and tutorials available.
The module can be accessed directly if connected to a development board operating at 3.3 V or through a bidirectional logic level converter 3.3 V - 5 V for a development board working at 5V (e.
