COMPEED Blister Plasters, Medium 5-Pack COMPEED® hydrocolloid technology is an active gel containing moisture-absorbing particles.
COMPEED® plasters act like a second skin, helping to maintain the skin's moisture to: - provide immediate relief from the pain and pressure caused by blisters, - protect against rubbing, - ensure rapid wound healing.
Stays in place for several days.
This may vary in individual cases.
Plasters are recommended for larger blisters, particularly on the heel.
Packaging 5 blister plasters – medium Directions - Wash and dry the skin before use.
Make sure the skin affected by the blister is not greasy from cream or oil.
- Remove the paper backing from the plaster, trying to avoid touching the adhesive backing.
- Apply the plaster firmly to the blister, making sure the edges of the plaster are pressed firmly into the skin.
- Leave the plaster on the blister until it begins to peel off on its own (note: it may stay in place for up to several days).
- To remove the patch, do not pull upwards, but stretch it slowly along the skin.
What to look out for? - You should not deliberately pop blisters as they heal better beneath the protective layer of skin.
- Never cut COMPEED® patches.
- Do not use on infected wounds.
- Do not reuse the same patch (this may cause infection).
- If the blister wound worsens, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor.
- If an allergic reaction occurs, contact your primary care physician immediately.
