Papo SAINT BERNARD DOG FIGURINE

Product description

Regardless of whether you prefer dogs or cats, they are excellent companions, always ready to play or go for a walk.

With its large head, floppy ears, friendly demeanor, and barrel hanging around its neck, there's no doubt this is a Saint Bernard.

This large mountain dog derives its name from the Hospice Grand-Saint-Bernard in the Swiss Alps, where it was used by monks as a guard dog and mountain rescue dog.

The small barrel of rum it carried around its neck was intended to revive victims of hypothermia.

The Saint Bernard is white and brown with dark spots under its head and ears.

It can have short or long hair, depending on the variety.

It is a rather stubborn but gentle dog and is considered the perfect nanny.

The product dimensions are 12.8 x 4.8 x 6.7cm and it is recommended for children over 3 years old.

For over 20 years, Papo has constantly innovated and inspired children worldwide with a rich range of over 600 products, representing 12 worlds of animals and characters.

From the original model to the series, each Papo figurine was designed and created in France with a continuous focus on quality.

Hand-painted, the attention to detail is now recognized.
