Ingredients per capsule: Spirulina - 180 mg, L-Tyrosine - 90 mg, Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) - 45 mg, Selenium - 0.15 mg, Iodine - 0.30 mg.

Usage: Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of liquid, preferably on an empty stomach, between main meals.
