Passalacqua deup is a mixture of three different coffee beans: 80% arabika, 20% robust. Passalacqua deup is a balanced, full-bodied coffee with a low acidity and intense aroma. The slow and careful roasting process of each bean, with repeated cooling, perfectly complements the qualities of the mehari coffee, making it an ideal coffee for a classic espresso.
