Catina (hippophae rhamnoides) and ginsengul romanca are considered to be among the richest sources of polyphenols due to their rich and diverse chemical compositions.
They are rich in vitamin c, carotenoids (including vitamin a), b vitamins, vitamins e, f, k, and p, flavonoids, and anthocyanins.
