Product description
Golden Catch is a mix specially created for a crispy, airy and golden crust, ideal for fish fillets, nuggets or seafood.
Inspired by the British Fish & Chips tradition, this mix brings an extra flavour to your dishes – easy to use, and without compromise.
How to use:1. Mix 40g of Golden Catch mix with 60–70ml of cold blonde beer or carbonated mineral water.2. Pass the fish fillets through a thin layer of flour, then through the batter.3. Fry in hot oil (170–180°C) for 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
