Rapunzel's organic bulgur, made from durum wheat grown in controlled, ecological fields, brings the authentic taste of middle eastern cuisine to your kitchen. Its light, crispy texture and ability to absorb flavors make it the perfect ingredient for tabbouleh, pilaf, vegetable patties, or hearty salads. It is prepared quickly without long-term boiling and is a natural source of fiber, protein, and complex carbohydrates. Bulgur is made from durum wheat, processed through several sub-steps like cooking, drying, and grinding, and has a mild nutty flavor.
it is obtained from pre-ground, dried, hard-grained wheat.
it can be used instead of pasta or for the preparation of various salads or some oriental dishes. Preparation: heat 250g of bulgur in 500ml of boiling water. then, reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
