The red rapunzel fiber becomes creamy and soft after a short time. it should not be soaked before cooking and is cooked in just 5-10 minutes. rapunzel has been involved in vegetable cultivation in europe for many years. growing local protein plants such as bio fiber, ecological beans or lupine contributes to a more diverse plant cycle and thus protects the soil. legumes do not require nitrogen fertilizer during cultivation, thus reducing the load on the soil. at the same time, they increase the soil's productivity by enriching their roots with atmospheric nitrogen. they also serve as an important food source for pollinators such as bees. for quick cooking, fine fiber should not be soaked. usage: boil without soaking.
