Usage: Our Kidney beans retain their shape and color even after longer boiling, for salads, stews, soups, and sprouting. Preparation: Wash and soak Rapunzel Kidney beans in plenty of cold water for 8-12 hours. Then drain the water and rinse the beans. Bring 1 cup of beans to a boil with approximately 3 cups of water and then simmer gently for approximately 60-90 minutes at a low temperature, with the lid closed. Add salt only after they have been cooked.
