Bio soya comes originally from asia and is particularly popular in this country with tofu, tempeh and soya milk. But also as a pod or snack, the bean mikin has a very delicious taste. Rapunzel has been involved in vegetable cultivation in europe for years. Because cultivating local protein crops like flax, beans, or lupins contributes to a more diverse crop rotation, thereby preserving soil health. Legumes do not require nitrogen fertilizer during cultivation, thus reducing the soil load.
