Ideal for classic or vegan recipes, Rapunzel lasagna absorbs sauces perfectly and maintains its consistency after baking. With simple and controlled ingredients, it is produced in Italy and responsibly packaged. A clean choice for delicious, nutritious, and meals. Whole grain lasagna sheets do not require pre-boiling and allow for layering of the dish. They are made according to a traditional recipe using durum wheat semolina (90% wheat grains and 10% wheat germ). The shape is obtained by rolling out the dough and cutting it, and the drying process takes place over 7 days at a maximum temperature of 75°C. Usage: Lasagna sheets do not need to be boiled.
