The rf4 rf-hd12a is marketed by the supplier as a tool for removing dust, separating components, and cleaning adhesive from phone circuit boards. The hd12a code is specific to this version and differs from the hd11a. It is a workshop tool, designed for technicians who are accustomed to working at the circuit board level.
