**** ****July 22, 2026

The fan was listed as white, but it arrived with blades in different colors. And its original packaging clearly showed that it had been used multiple times. I'm disappointed in the seller. Up until now, I had been thrilled with Trendyol.

Product Q&As

Can it be used just for lighting when I don't want it to cool? Is a lampshade included in the set?

**** **** - 1 August 2026

Answer from DmSale

Yes, the Rixme ceiling fan (52 cm) allows you to use its functions independently. You can use it solely as an LED ceiling light for lighting, without turning on the fan blades.

Why isn't the fan turning in the normal direction?

Answer from DmSale

If you’re referring to the fact that the ceiling fan appears “tilted” or doesn’t sit straight (horizontally) after installation, or the blades don’t return to a fixed position, here are the possible causes for this specific 52 cm model: The mounting system (base): This fan is often screwed directly into a light bulb socket (E27). If the ceiling socket is old, loose, or installed crookedly, the weight of the fan (which is much heavier than a light bulb) will pull it down, causing it to sit at an angle.
