The services for hosting and displaying the website are partly provided by our service providers as part of processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise explained in this privacy policy, all access data and all data collected in forms provided for this purpose on this website are processed on their servers. Our service providers, which store most of our data, are located in Germany and Turkey. There is no adequacy decision from the European Commission for Turkey. 1.2 CONTENT DELIVERY NETWORK

For the purpose of a shorter loading time, we use a so-called Content Delivery Network ("CDN") for some offers. With this service, content, e.g. large media files, are delivered via regionally distributed servers of external CDN service providers. Therefore, access data is processed on the servers of the service providers. Our service providers work for us within the framework of order processing. Our service providers are located in the EU, the USA, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. 2. DATA PROCESSING FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING, CONTACTING AND OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

We collect personal data if you provide it voluntarily in the context of your order or when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data to process the contract or to process your contact and you cannot send the order or contact without their information. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide to process the contract and handle your inquiries in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Insofar as you have given your consent for specific purposes in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, we will use your data for such purposes. Further information on the processing of your data, in particular on the transfer to our service providers for the purpose of order, payment and shipping processing, can be found in the following sections of this privacy statement. After having completed your order/contract or deletion of your customer account, your personal data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your personal data, or if we reserve the right to use data beyond this, to the extent permitted by law – in which case you will be informed in this privacy statement. 3. DATA PROCESSING FOR THE PURPOSE OF SHIPMENT PROCESSING

In order to fulfill the contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, we will pass on personal data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.

The same applies to the transfer of data to our manufacturers or wholesalers in cases where they take over the shipping for us (drop shipment). These are considered shipping service providers for the purposes of this privacy statement.

Our primary service providers are located in Turkey. Locally, we may use local shipping service providers.

DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

To handle your order, we will forward your shipping details to our shipping service provider (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), so that the shipping service provider can contact you before delivery for the purpose of delivery notification or coordination (upon having obtained your prior consent for such notification to the extent applicable). 4. DATA PROCESSING FOR PAYMENT PROCESSING

When processing payments in our online store, we work with these partners: technical service providers, credit institutions, payment service providers.

4.1 DATA PROCESSING FOR TRANSACTION HANDLING

Depending on the selected payment method, we pass on the data necessary for processing the payment transaction to our technical service providers, who work for us as part of order processing, or to the commissioned credit institutions or to the selected payment service provider (such as Adyen, PayPal), insofar as this is necessary for processing the payment (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). In some cases, the payment service providers collect the data required for processing the payment themselves, e.g. on their own website or via a technical integration in the ordering process. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.

Our subsidiary in the Netherlands (Trendyol B.V.) will act jointly with us as data controller in the context of engaging third party payment service providers, and shall as such process personal data under Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We have a joint data controller agreement in place with Trendyol B.V.. Trendyol B.V.’s role is to handle financial transactions relating to the purchases and orders on our website and our role is to act as a merchant for the website and to process personal data of consumers placing an order or making a purchase on our website. We undertake to include information relating to the data processing activities executed by Trendyol B.V. in the privacy statement. Each of the controllers is required to fulfil the data subjects’ rights pursuant to Chapter 3 of the GDPR and we will remain the primary point of contact for any data subject queries. 4.2 DATA PROCESSING FOR THE PURPOSE OF FRAUD PREVENTION AND THE OPTIMIZATION OF OUR PAYMENT PROCESSES

If necessary, we provide our service providers with further data, which they use together with the data necessary for processing the payment as our order processors for the purpose of fraud prevention and optimization of our payment processes (e.g. invoicing, processing of contested payments, accounting support). Pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, this serves to protect our legitimate interests in our protection against fraud and in efficient payment management, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests.

4.3 IDENTITY AND CREDIT CHECK WHEN CHOOSING KLARNA PAYMENT SERVICES

Klarna Pay now (direct debit), Klarna Pay later (purchase on account), Klarna Slice it (installment purchase).

7.1 USE OF GOOGLE SERVICES

The information automatically collected by Google technologies about your use of our website is usually transferred to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and stored there. If your IP address is collected via Google technologies, it will be shortened before being stored on Google's servers by activating IP anonymization. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. As a matter of principle, your IP address will not be merged with other data from Google. Data processing is carried out on the basis of an order processing agreement by Google.

For the purpose of optimized marketing of our website, we have activated the data release settings for "Google products and services". This allows Google to access the data collected and processed by Google Analytics and subsequently use it to improve Google services. Data sharing with Google under these data sharing settings is based on an additional agreement between responsible parties. We have no influence on the subsequent data processing by Google.

For the creation and execution of tests, we also use the Google Analytics Google Optimize extension function.

For web analysis, the Google Analytics Google Signals extension function enables so-called "cross-device tracking". Insofar as your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account and you have activated the "personalized advertising" setting in your Google account, Google can generate reports about your usage behavior (in particular cross-device user numbers), even if you change your terminal device. A processing of personal data by us does not take place in this respect, we only receive statistics generated on the basis of Google Signals.

GOOGLE ADS

For advertising purposes in Google search results as well as on third-party websites, the so-called Google Remarketing Cookie is set when you visit our website, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information about your use of our website) and by means of a pseudonymous CookieID and on the basis of the pages you visit. Data processing beyond this only takes place if you have activated the "personalized advertising" setting in your Google account. In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. This cookie will only be placed upon your prior consent.

We also measure conversions on our website with Google Ads: analytics and event tracking and your subsequent usage behavior when you have reached our website via an ad from Google. Such processing will only take place upon your prior consent.

YOUTUBE VIDEO PLUGIN

To integrate third-party content, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information) is collected via the YouTube video plugin in the extended data protection mode used by us, transmitted to Google and subsequently processed by Google only when you play a video. 7.2 USE OF FACEBOOK SERVICES

USE OF FACEBOOK PIXEL

We use the Facebook Pixel as part of the technologies of Facebook Ireland Ltd.,4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook") outlined below. The Facebook Pixel automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, as well as information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as a visit to a website or newsletter registration), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. In addition, as part of the so-called extended data matching, information is collected and stored hashed for matching purposes, with which individuals can be identified (e.g. names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers). For this purpose, when you visit our website, a cookie is automatically set by the Facebook Pixel, which automatically enables recognition of your browser when you visit other websites by means of a pseudonymous CookieID. Facebook will combine this information with other data from your Facebook account and use it to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website use, in particular personalized and group-based advertising. This cookie will only be placed upon your prior consent.

The information automatically collected by Facebook technologies about your use of our website is usually transmitted to a server of Facebook, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA and stored there. FACEBOOK ANALYTICS

As part of Facebook Analytics, statistics on visitor activity on our website are created from the data collected with the Facebook Pixel about your use of our website. The data processing takes place on the basis of an order processing agreement by Facebook. Their analysis is used for the optimal presentation and marketing of our website. This cookie/pixel will only be placed upon your prior consent.

FACEBOOK ADS

Through Facebook Ads, we advertise this website on Facebook as well as on other platforms. We determine the parameters of the respective advertising campaign. Facebook is responsible for the exact implementation, in particular the decision on the placement of the ads with individual users. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement between joint controllers pursuant to Article 26 of the GDPR. Based on the statistics about visitor activity on our website generated via Facebook Pixel, we operate group-based advertising on Facebook via Facebook Custom Audience by determining the characteristics of the respective target group. In the context of the extended data matching that takes place to determine the respective target group (see above), Facebook acts as our processor.

Based on the pseudonymous cookie ID set by the Facebook Pixel and the data collected about your usage behavior on our website, we conduct personalized advertising via Facebook Pixel remarketing.

USE OF PERFORMICS FOR ONLINE MARKETING

Through advertising partner Performics, 35 W. Wacker, Floor 15, Chicago, Illinois 60601, USA ("Performics"), we market space to third-party advertisers. These ads are displayed to you in various places on this website. By means of cookies, Performics can track the course of the respective order and, in particular, track that you have clicked on the respective ad and then ordered the product. For this purpose, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information about your use of our website) is collected, transmitted to Performics and processed by Performics. USE OF ADOBE FONTS FOR CONTENT DISPLAY

For the uniform display of content on our website, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information) is collected by the script code "Adobe Fonts" of Adobe, Inc., 345 Park Avenue San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA ("Adobe"), transmitted to Adobe and subsequently processed by Adobe. Social buttons from social networks are used on our website. These are only integrated into the page as HTML links, so that when you call up our website, no connection is yet established with the servers of the respective provider.
