The kit consists of two components: six rings with a diameter of 80mm, made of shockproof thermoplastic composite material, suitable for baking up to 180 c.
To create the c and base, a silicone mold with 6 cavities, each 67 mm in diameter, is used.
this is filled with mousse or cream to be placed on top of the tart.
the rings are non-stick and rust-resistant, ensuring even baking and characterized by high thermal stability.
they can be used in the oven and freezer, but should not be exposed to open flames or used in the microwave.

the silicone mold is heat-resistant up to -60c.
C and +230 C and the ring withstand temperatures up to -30c.
