ADMINISTRATION METHOD As an addition to sauces, soups, broths, dishes, dessert creams, improving their taste and nutritional value.
Borscht: Ingredients: half a kg of wheat bran, 300ml water, cherry or lovage twigs Mix the bran with 300ml water and leave it warm for 48 hours.
Separately, boil 4l of water with 2-3 cherry or lovage twigs.
Leave to boil for 20 minutes, then pour over the wheat bran and mix.
Leave to cool until it thickens, then decant.
It has nourishing and regenerating effects.
Bran water: In a liter of spring water or flat mineral water, put 100g of bran in the evening and leave at room temperature until morning.
Strain and drink plain or sweetened, on an empty stomach before meals.
It has a beneficial effect on immunity and health maintenance.
