Ingredients: Podbal leaves Management mode: Internal use: 1 tablespoon of plant is infused with 250 ml of boiling water, left to stand for 15 minutes, then filtered and drunk on an empty stomach.it is recommended 3 glasses a day, 30 minutes before meals.cold macerade can also be given (1 tablespoon of plant with 200 ml of water, left at room temperature for 6-8 hours, consumed 3 glasses a day on an empty stomach) or sublingually, 1 teaspoon of finely ground plant is taken 4 times a day on an empty stomach, kept under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, then swallowed with water.
