Due to the materials used, the cooking pots maintain their temperature, keeping themselves warm long after they have been taken out of the oven or taken off the hob.
In addition to these technical qualities, their attractive appearance makes it possible to serve the food at the table, directly from the cookware, immediately after they have been taken off the hob.
Features: On the inside,the cooking pot is provided with a layer ofmatte black enamelproduced byStaubthrough special technologies that offer advantages in the case of cooking techniques such as simmering, baking or caramelization.
The oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create asmooth non-stick surface.
That is why theStaubcookware get better and better as the years go by, as you use them.
On the outside,the dish has at least2-3 layersof special enamel that, in combination with special cast iron, ensures an optimal distribution of heat over the entire surface of the dish.
