In concentrated doses, it produces effects of sedation, antidepressant and even mild euphoria.

Terms of use: internal use: gastrointestinal colic, hypoactivity, insomnia, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, neuroses, increased intestinal motility.
Different ways to prepare mergen infusion: * relaxing tea: drink the infusion obtained from one teaspoon of the herb in 200 ml of hot water.
Antidepressant tea: brew a warm infusion by steeping two teaspoons of the herb in 200 ml of hot water.
* booster tea: cold maceration, which is obtained by leaving two teaspoons of the plant in a cup of cold water for 24 hours.
