Product description
A temple in honor of the gods has been erected in the heart of an Aztec city.
The interior walls are to be decorated with paintings of entwined snakes to pay tribute to the gods.
Elections will be held to determine who is the best Coatl painter of the empire who will have the honor of painting the walls of the temple.
Can you prove your skill? In Coatl, players will paint the most valuable snakes possible.
The snake (Cóatl) is made up of a head, tail and 8 body cards.
On each turn, players will play 2 cards to make and acquire blueprints available in the Prophecy cards.
If you manage to complete a Prophecy card that has already been acquired by another player, you will steal it and display it in front of you.
You score more points if you recreate the same blueprint several times and you will eventually be able to protect that Prophecy card that can no longer be stolen.
A game lasts 5 rounds.
Players will earn additional victory points if they fulfill all the requirements listed on a Temple card.
When the last player completes their Coatl, the player with the most victory points will emerge victorious.
Contains: 150 Coatl pieces, 54 prophecy cards, 15 Temple cards, 1 supply board, 4 player panels, 12 sacrifice tokens, 3 supply bags, 1 first player token, 1 rulebook.
Recommended age: 10+ years.
Set dimensions: 26 x 26 x 7 cm.
